Steve is not your typical agency head. With experience that spans the beverage industry, packaged goods, financial services, and health products, he makes it all look so easy. As a senior vice president at Ogilvy & Mather Promotions, Steve decided a small agency without layers could better deliver the kind of service clients really want. So in 1991, he founded Jaffe & Partners. Turns out, he was right.
